Payment, Refund & Delivery Terms
Shipping & Payment Timeline
- International remittances generally take up to 5 working days to be confirmed by our banking partners.
- Shipments are processed only after full payment confirmation.
- Once payment is confirmed, the estimated delivery timeline is 2–3 weeks, subject to courier and customs processes.
- A shipping tracking number will be shared after dispatch. Please note that tracking details may take up to 2 working days to become active.
1. No Returns Accepted
For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Customers are required to inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any issues related to damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with supporting photos or videos.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
- In the event of a verified issue, product adjustment or credit may be offered in the next order as a goodwill resolution.
- Refunds will not be considered for delays, customs issues, or regulatory actions beyond our control.
3. Order Delivery
- All shipments are dispatched via reliable international courier partners with tracking support.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local regulations, weather conditions, or courier delays in the destination country.
- Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
4. Responsibility & Liability
- Once the shipment leaves our facility, Shree Signify Exim is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services, customs authorities, postal services, or regulatory bodies.
- We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in tracking the shipment and coordinating with courier partners when required.
5. Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance
- Shree Signify Exim is responsible only for Indian customs clearance.
- Customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits, licenses, or regulatory approvals in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We do not bear any risk or liability if the shipment is held, delayed, seized, intercepted, confiscated, or rejected by destination country customs or authorities.
- No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided in such cases.
6. Force Majeure
Shree Signify Exim shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, war, or changes in law or regulations.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Shree Signify Exim, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions in full.
